Problem:
There is no way to determine the identity of the node
at the end of a synch DECnet line.

Diagnosis:
	No facility exists.

Solution:
Add another argument, .BTNOD, to the argument block
for the BOOT JSYS .BTSTS function. The user places
a pointer in this new word, and the monitor returns
the name of the adjacent node using the pointer.

Problem: GTSTS JSYS RETURNS INFORMATION IN BIT 18 OF AC2. THERE
IS NO SYMBOLIC DEFINITION FOR THIS BIT, NOR IS THIS BIT DOCUMENTED
IN THE MONITOR CALLS REFERENCE MANUAL.

Diagnosis: SOMEBODY SCREWED UP

Solution: DEFINE SYMBOL GS%PLN==:1B18 IN MONSYM.
DOCUMENT THIS BIT IN MANUAL UNDER GTSTS JSYS AS SOMETHING LIKE,
"IF SET, LINE NUMBERS, IF PRESENT, ARE PASSED TO THE USER PROGRAM
ON INPUT (SIN, BIN). IF RESET, LINE NUMBERS ARE REMOVED BEFORE THE
TEXT IS PASSED TO THE USER PROGRAM."
