GALAXY DEPENDENCIES FOR RETRIEVAL
Dumper sends and recieves IPCF packets from Quasar.
The common symbols for this exchange are defined in
QSRMAC.UNV. Since different versions of Galaxy may have
different versions of QSRMAC.UNV you must recompile Dumper
with your current Galaxy universal files.
Dumper 4.1 has been assembled with field-image Galaxy
4.0 universal files. If you have patched your Galaxy 4.0
code at all then you should recompile Dumper with your
current universals. It is always a good idea to recompile
utility programs when universal files have been changed.
