1.0 SUMMARY
SCDSET V3A(12) has been modified to work with a monitor of up to 511
jobs. SCDSET reads and sets the scheduler parameters.
SCDSET runs with all supported monitors and fully supersedes all
previous versions.

Works with up to 511 jobs.

scheduler. For further information, see the file SCDSET.MEM.

Add functions 11-23 for new class scheduler.
Allow space as delimeter between command and function.
Allow upper and lower case in command typein.
Allow null commands instead of giving %INPUT ERROR.
