Problem: If LPINI gives a failure return to SETSPD,
no one ever hears about it.

Diagnosis: Error routine not called.

Solution: ERJMP LODERR at LODANY plus some.

Problem: 
	THE DH11 LINE CONNECTED TO A DN20 FRONT END MAY SEND
	GARBAGE TO THE -20 IF A PROGRAM WAS ALREADY RUNNING
	IN THE DN20 AT SYSTEM STARTUP.

Diagnosis: 
	THE "IGNORE INPUT" BIT FOR THE DL11 LINE WAS NEVER
	SET.

Solution: 
	ADD A NEW OPTION TO THE SETSPD "TERMINAL" COMMAND:
	"NOBELL" MEANS THAT WHEN THE INDICATED LINES ARE
	INACTIVE (NOT ASSIGNED OR OPENED), CHARACTERS ON THE
	LINES WILL BE IGNORED (NO BELLS WILL BE OUTPUT AS IS
	THE USUAL CASE).
