1.0 SUMMARY
This is Release 3 of the TOPS-20 monitor. Its function is to provide
the necessary support functions to allow all other TOPS-20 user
software to do useful work.
TOPS-20 relies on the RSX20F Front-End monitor for bootstrapping,
terminal support, and record I/O peripheral support.
Requires RSX20F.

2.0 EXTERNAL CHANGES
Release 3 supports Tree Structured Directories, Account Validation,
the Usage JSYS and the new Accounting format, support for 2780 and
3780 termination and emulation, and intergration of ARPANET support as
an option of the standard monitor.
3.0 KNOWN BUGS AND DEFICIENCIES
The known restrictions and deficiencies are documented in the TOPS-20
beware file (TOPS20.BWR).

RESTORE <*>MON*.EXE (TO) <SYSTEM>*.*.-1
REWIND
