   COPY DIAGONAL ELEMENTS OF A MATRIX INTO A VECTOR

USAGE
   CALL DCPY (A,R,N,MS)

DESCRIPTION OF PARAMETERS
   A - NAME OF INPUT MATRIX
   R - NAME OF OUTPUT VECTOR OF LENGTH N
   N - NUMBER OF ROWS AND COLUMNS IN MATRIX A
   MS  - ONE DIGIT NUMBER FOR STORAGE MODE OF MATRIX A
	  0 - GENERAL
	  1 - SYMMETRIC
	  2 - DIAGONAL

REMARKS
   INPUT MATRIX MUST BE A SQUARE MATRIX
