SED Lessons Installation Guide
------------------------------
To get the lessons in executable form, type the monitor command:
DO G n
where n is the number of the lesson to be compiled.
E.g. DO G 1 will create SED01.EXE.
To get TUTSED.EXE type the monitor command:
R CAI:GNOSIS
When GNOSIS responds with an "*", type
TUTSED.GNO
when GNOSIS comes back with another "*", type a carriage-return.
Back at monitor, give the LOAD command:
LOAD TUTSED.ALG(NOSYM,PROD), GNOSED.MAC, CAI:GNOLIB.REL
Back at monitor, give the save command:
SSAVE
All this assumes that the GNOSIS files, GNOSED.MAC, and G.MIC are on
disk, and GNOSIS.EXE and GNOLIB.REL are on the CAI: area.
(If not, the appropriate changes will have to be made in the G.MIC
file and in the command sequence).
---------------------------------------------
SED01.EXE, SED02.EXE, SED03.EXE, SED04.EXE, SED05.EXE and TUTSED.EXE
should be placed on the CAI: area in order for the documentation to
be accurate and TUTSED.EXE to work.
TUTSED.HLP should be put on the HLP: area.
---------------------------------------------
Programs and documentation assume that:
-the files SED.DOC and SEDMAN.DOC are on the DOC: area,
-the file SED.HLP is on the HLP: area, and
-the file SEDM2A.KYS and SEDV10.KYS are on the TED: area.
Changes will have to be made in programs and documentation if this
is not the case.
