TAPOUT Program Abstract
TAPOUT writes MAGtapes for foreign computers, producing
blocked or unblocked EBCDIC, BCD, IMAGE, RSX-11, SIXBIT or 8-bit ASCII tapes.
8-bit ASCII can have the eighth bit either zero or one. Multiple reel output
is fully supported. Tape error messages interpret each status bit
as per Monitor Calls manual. Output blocksize is limited only by
available memory. Initial size: 2+2P. Low segment expands if necessary.
