We've been regularly experiencing PAGLCK bughlts recently.  DDC tells us
that there is a patch to fix this problem, but didn't know what it was.
They also said that there was a previous patch that exacerbated the 
situation and was to be avoided at all costs.  Our local DEC office
surely won't know which patch is the right one (even if they know
about both of them, which is doubtful given their level of expertise), so...

Does anyone know what the correct patch is?
