REGIS plot-file

	REGIS will display plots generated by Datatrieve and saved
in a file using the ON clause or the ON statement.
	Output is directed to PLTTTY: if it exists, or TTY: if PLTTTY:
is not defined. This device must support REGIS and must be the proper
device for the PLOT library used when the PLOT was made.
	After the plot is displayed, REGIS waits for the user
to type the next character before exiting. If the device's terminal
type is VT125, then the graphics bit plane is made dark after this
character is typed.
	If a character is typed during output, REGIS exits.
