PUNCH Command

Function

     The PUNCH command is defined by the system  administrator  to  be
     equivalent  to  either  the TPUNCH or CPUNCH command.  TOPS-10 is
     shipped with PUNCH defined as TPUNCH, but this may be changed  at
     your site.
