CONV20 is used to convert USAGE file format into  FACT  file
format, supported in Release 2.  There are two prompts:

     1.  Please enter the USAGE file to be read:

         An input file specification  must  be  typed.   The
         default file name is USAGE.OUT.

     2.  Please enter file to be written:

         An output file specification must  be  typed.   The
         default file name is FACT.BIN.
