1.0  SUMMARY

USAH20 is a general purpose downstream billing program with Category C
support.   It  uses  the new USAGE file format (see DECSYSTEM-20 USAGE
File Specification for a complete description) as input and optionally
outputs four reports.  These are:

     1.  System usage sorted by user name.

     2.  System usage sorted by account.

     3.  Disk usage sorted by directory name.

     4.  Disk usage sorted by account.

Read USAH20.HLP for instructions on running this program.

The released version of USAH20.EXE does not depend  on  any  software.
However,  if  you wish to recompile this program, FORTRAN V5A and SORT
V4 or later will be needed.

4.0  INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS


4.1  Files Needed to Run USAH20

USAH20 consists of one file, USAH20.EXE.  The input files needed are a
USAGE file and a file called USAG20.CHG which contains the rates.

4.2  Instructions for Loading and Installing USAH20

Mount the tape labeled Tools Tape on MTA0:   and  type  the  following
commands:

     R DUMPER
     TAPE MTA0:
     REWIND
     DENSITY 1600-BPI
     SKIP 11
     RESTORE <*>USAG20.CHG (TO) SYS:*.*.-1,
     *>USAH20.EXE (TO) SYS:*.*.-1
     REWIND


4.3  Files Needed to Build USAH20

USAH20 is built from the following files:

     USAH20.FOR

4.4  Instructions for Building USAH20

Mount the tape labeled Tools Tape on MTA0:   and  type  the  following
