EVALUATION IS BASED ON THE RECURRENCE EQUATION FOR

WHERE THE FIRST TERM IN BRACKETS IS THE ORDER,
THE SECOND IS THE ARGUMENT.
STARTING VALUES ARE P(0,X)=1, P(1,X)=X.
