C - SCALAR
R - NAME OF OUTPUT MATRIX
N - NUMBER OF ROWS IN MATRIX A AND R
M - NUMBER OF COLUMNS IN MATRIX A AND R
MS - ONE DIGIT NUMBER FOR STORAGE MODE OF MATRIX A (AND R)
