SUBROUTINE NDTR
PURPOSE
COMPUTES Y = P(X) = PROBABILITY THAT THE RANDOM VARIABLE U,
DISTRIBUTED NORMALLY(0,1), IS LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO X.
