Changes from PANTT 4A(214) to 4B(231)

                                      NOTE

All new commands are described in PANTT.HLP. This
is just a quick list of changes.

     1. New command OUTPUT SCHEDULE, prints tasks in calendar order giving
         dates and descriptions.

     2. The HIGH-DENSITY pert placement algorithm has been changed (Improved?)

     3. New command OUTPUT PATH-CHARACTER-LIST says what tasks go with what
         path character.

     4. New command OUTPUT CRITICAL-PATH for project/task, will trace back the
critical path for a given task.

     5. The message:
THE NUMBER OF UNRESOLVED CONFLICTS WAS n
         has been replaced by:
                [n DEVELOPERS SCHEDULED]

     6. The scheduler will now print a warning:
         % project/task HAS QUESTIONABLE DATES
if the pert box will be surrounded by question marks.

     7. Project will not begin or end on a weekend. This is just a cosmetic
change to the information in the pert box. The scheduler already took
         weekends into account.

     8. There is a new command in task mode:
                ALL-DEVELOPERS-REQUIRED
This forces all the developers listed for the task to work
simultaneously at their specified rates. If this bit is set, all ten
developers will spend one day at a design review instead of one
developer working on the review for ten days.

     9. The loop checker has been improved and now prints an error message of
         the form:
? LOOP DETECTED IN THE TASK DEPENDENCY LIST
         ? BLOCKED TASK: E/1
         ? BLOCKING TASK: A/0
         ? TASKS IN LOOP:
         ? A/0
         ? THE/GOAL
         ? A/3
         ? E/2
         ? E/1
